Real Property Trustee handles foreclosures of all types of liens and deeds, such as AITDs, conventional, business purpose, and investment property deeds. We can also cater our foreclosure services to suit your specific needs.

Litigation & Bankruptcy

We will work closely with your counsel to provide bankruptcy and litigation relief. If you do not have counsel, we can assist with providing a free consultation with our counsel. Expect to receive competent, professional, timely documents, reports and updates.

Foreclosure Registry

We register the property and conduct monthly inspections. Any Lender, who issued a Notice of Default on a residential property located within the City of Los Angeles must register the property.

Monitoring
